Neighbourhood Watch Registry keeps 3 seperate lists of members. To have your password sent to you by email you must request it from the proper list.

If you signed up as an Individual Member, use this link to have your password sent to you:

If you signed up as a Business Member, use this link to have your password sent to you:

If you signed up as a Chapter or Police Service, use this link to have your password sent to you:

If you can't remember which profile you signed up as, don't worry.
Chances are you signed up as an Individual Member, so try that one first.
If you don't have any luck with the Individual Account reminder, you can try the Business Member reminder.
